Hi, I’m Kami, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner — a mom, wellness enthusiast, and someone who’s walked through burnout and back. After becoming a single mom and juggling the demands of a fast-paced corporate job, I found myself running on empty — constantly stressed, disconnected from my body, and stuck in survival mode.

That turning point led me to reclaim my well-being. I began focusing on what truly matters: managing stress, healing my gut, and moving my body in ways that feel good. Along the way, I rediscovered energy, joy, and who I am.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Whether you're struggling with low energy, digestive concerns, sleep disturbances, or simply feeling "off," I’m here to support your journey back to feeling your best — from the inside out.

By focusing on stress relief, gut health, and joyful movement, we can build a foundation of wellness that supports not just ourselves, but those we love most.

I believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health—that’s why I focus on bio-individuality, which means figuring out what works best for your unique body. Everyone’s different, and real wellness starts with understanding those differences. I work with five key areas that have a big impact on how you feel every day: blood sugar balance, nutrient-dense foods, digestion, sleep, and stress. By supporting these foundations in a way that fits your lifestyle, we can build healthier habits that actually stick and help you feel your best.
